Animal flow is an original method of working with a body based on many years of experience with different forms of movement, which has been created by Mike Fitch (Global Bodyweight Training). Thanks to the training you will strengthen your body and improve it’s flexibility. In addition you will widen your range of movement, and build your body posture in an interesting and healthy way. The training is optimized, so both amateurs and more experienced movers could gain the maximum profit out of it.
Very important part of the training is working with a spine – strengthening bones and muscles responsible for stabilizing the posture. What is more, the training contains spirals, rotations, forward and backward bends all of which has rehabilitative influence on a spine.
Due to the fact that in the Animal Flow technique many variants and combinations might be used, depending on what effect do we want to achieve, it is more of a practice like yoga or martial arts than just body training. As a consequence anyone can work out his own style and character of a movement.
